The Circle of Sleeplessness is an audio-visual composition that explores the the vicious feedback circle of insomnia, where the inability to sleep creates anxiety, leading to further sleeplessness. The composition begins with a nighttime urban soundscape, which then transforms into a chaotic, immersive noise, symbolizing the mental state of sleepless individuals. In the second half of the piece, the sound collage is inspired by the common experience of trying to force oneself to sleep.
